Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel.
  2. Create and implement project execution plans for complex projects, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements. 
  3. Lead project safety culture and confirm adherence to Landmark Safety Program.
  4. Generate, maintain, and execute detailed look ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, suppliers, testing, and inspections as necessary to meet required milestones.
  5. Ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program.
  6. Lead weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and participate in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
  7. Maintain open lines of communication with General Superintendent, Project Manager, field staff, owners, architects, subcontractors, etc., keeping the entire team informed of project issues and changes.

Qualifications 
  1. 5+ years of experience preferred as a commercial construction Superintendent
  2. Proven experience delivering high-end residential/commercial interior finishes across large projects
  3. Proven leadership ability
  4. Detail oriented management style
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Safety focus and expertise (30-hour OSHA preferred)
  7. Efficient personnel management approach
