Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/CAD Technician in its Winston-Salem, NC office.

Job Summary

This Civil Engineer/CAD Technician will support Landmark Builders and the Director of Engineering Services with site/civil design for prospective and contracted construction projects. This person will be responsible for handling various land development projects while working closely with Landmark’s preconstruction, project management, and in-house survey teams, as well as our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Perform site feasibility analysis
Coordinate survey and topographic services
Prepare site plans to include site layout, landscaping, grading, erosion control, utility and storm water management
Perform technical engineering computations
Assist Director of Engineering with requested assignments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or 3-5 years of experience preferred
PE registration in NC preferred or on track to obtain
Knowledge of Autocad, Civil 3D and/or Stormwater modeling programs
Self-motivation
Team-oriented approach
